Payment Terms
1. Deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking within 14 days from date of invoice. Balance payment is required by end of January 2025. The organiser may choose to cancel your reservation if no payment is made within 14 days.
2. Sponsors to bear all cost of bank charges for all bank transfers or TTs. Online payment or credit card payment may incur admin charges.

Closing Date
Closing Date for booking is 17 January 2025 and full payment must be received by 31 January 2025. Any extension is at organiser’s discretion.
Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will be imposed for every booth cancelled, according to the following schedule:
Note that terms of cancellation charges apply once booking is received, regardless if deposit is made unless prior arrangements or agreement is made with the organiser.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or shorten the AFHC 2025 in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond the control of the Organizer. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, then all payments made to Organizer shall be refunded, or transferred to future events. No other claims or compensation will be entertained.

Liability/Insurance
Although the Organisers will do its utmost to ensure the security of the area, they shall not be held responsible in the event of any loss or theft of exhibitors’ belongings. All exhibitors are responsible to ensure that their items are adequately insured.
– APHM has the absolute discretion to accept or reject any application from an organisation to participate in the Exhibition.
