Delegates Logistic Information

Please read the logistics info below for a safe and smooth event.

Conference Delegates Registration:

Events :  APHM FUTURE HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE
Date : 16 Feb 2025 (Sunday)

Ballroom 1, Lower Lobby Level

Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Registration :

0730 – 0800 hours at the foyer of Ballroom 1. On-site registration will be done via Email confirmation to collect delegate badge.

Each delegate will receive one badge. Do not share your badge and wear them at all times. You may be denied entry to the hall without your badge. (RM50 for badge replacement)

Exhibition Entrance is included for Conference Delegates:

 – Venue: Foyer of Ballroom 1, Lower Lobby Level

We will be sending to you directly via email the final confirmation/ reminder for on-site registration & collection of badges before event. Please remember to check (especially your Spam folders) if you do not receive them before the event.

Name Badge

Name badges are for identification of delegates. It is your “passport” to enter the Conference, Exhibition and Lunch venues. Please have your name badge displayed at all times during the Conference for security check. You may be denied entry without your badge. Please note that there will be a RM50 fee for loss of badge (badge replacement).

Speaker’s slides

– These will be share after the event (only for those speakers who gave approval for sharing of their presentation slides)- How and where to download the slides will be informed to you on-site.

Photos of the event

– We will update the photos after the event for you to view/download.
